Working with Project Files

In Prolog Converge, you can access the folders and files in your project and do the following:

• View and modify folder properties
• Add new folders
• Rename and delete folders
• View and download files within folders
• Upload new files
• Check out and check in files
• Move files to new locations
• View the file properties
• Search for a specific file or files using the filter functionality
• Copy the file or folder address to the clipboard
• Subscribe to notifications on changes to selected files or folders

Note: In Internet Explorer 9, the functionality of the Document Management System (DMS) is affected in the following ways:

• Files bigger than 4GB will produce an error due to a 32 bit limitation.
• Multiple files cannot be selected.
• Files cannot be dragged and dropped into the DMS.
• File uploads cannot be cancelled.
• The progress indicator does not show the byte count.
• File uploads are slower.

To access your project folders and files

1. In the Portfolio area, click to select a project.
2. View or search for project files.

To...	Do This...
View project files	In the Project Files section of the View menu, click View Files.
Search for project files	In the Project Files section of the View menu, click Search Files. In the search field, enter details such as a file name, extension name, title, or description. To specify where to search for the files, select any of these check boxes: Name, Description, Title, or Contents. Optional: Select the Modified Between dates. Click .

A list of folders and files in your project appears.
